The Slum Children Literacy Project aims to tackle the literacy challenges faced by children living in slum areas. Many of these children encounter barriers to education due to poverty, limited access to quality schools, and a lack of resources. This project focuses on providing accessible literacy education, remedial support, and community involvement to help these children develop essential literacy skills. By enhancing their reading, writing, and comprehension abilities, the project seeks to create lasting positive change in the lives of these children and their communities.

The Slum Children Literacy Project aims to achieve the following objectives:

1.     Enhance literacy skills among children aged 6-14 years living in slum areas through structured reading and writing programs.

2.     Reduce the literacy gap by offering remedial support to children lagging behind in formal education.

3.     Foster communityengagement inin supporting children's education and overall development.

4.     Empower educators with the training and tools needed to teach children from disadvantaged backgrounds effectively.

5.     Establish sustainable learning environments within the community, ensuring long-term impact.
